It is one of the "less commonly taught" languages, and may not be taught fully except in the biggest universities. My graduate school, University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, AL, teaches 20 "uncommon" languages and all the common ones -- but it only has Swahili 101 and 102. Use the searches to find a good program.
