Anyone knows Swahili language?
Paulie D replyed my question about "Ungawa wakashinda"
he told me that in Swahili, it means "why you're wasting your time?" Now, I want to ask him, whether he's sure of that, because I want to use it in a my translation of a novel. I even searched Swahili dictionaries, but I just found about "wakashinda": "waka' means "they" - and "-shinda",means "conquer, overcome", or "win, succeed".
Also, I found some text that said "umgawa" means "get down" in Swahili.
What's your idea?any one of you knows Swahili language?

is it ingawa or ungawa, depending on how ingawa is used according to the first answer given to u by paulie D it sure correct, or it may be lakini wakashinda, though/despite it they won
Tarzan say he make joke. Umgawa just thing Tarzan say so you not know he really from Ohio.
Edit: It’s well known that the studio just made up "ungawa" – any resemblance to a real Swahili word, living or dead, is entirely coincidental. With 2000 languages spoken in Africa, the chances of any short string of random syllables meaning something in some African language are pretty good.
