Since then, they've probably at least updated to cassettes if not CDs. You can also try finding a library with a Kiswahili/English dictionary. If you can't find something at your local library, try the InterLibrary Loan system, which will look for books/CDs/etc throughout the US or the world. If that just doesn't work for you, many of the half-price book stores carry a variety of dictionaries & language resources. Good luck finding what you need.
