well, in simple way you can say only"chipukizi" this word holds both girls and boys,
example:joyce ni chipukizi,—— joyce is a girl scout
so in swahili it is more simple only CHIPUKIZI
You can say "Chipukizi" for a Scout and "Msichana" for a girl.So A Girl Scout would be "Msichana Chipukizi".
